About the Author

 6 years in the U.S. Navy taught me a lot about setting goals and achieving them and after losing more than 65lbs on my own I now strive to instill those same trends into each of my personal training clients and anyone that I mentor in the fitness business.

10 years of personal training experience coupled with various certifications in personal training, nutrition, massage and esthetics has given me a skillset that supercedes the average personal trainer and allows me to have insight on health and fitness from many different view points. 

I have a genuine passion for helping people succeed and it's my duty and mission to ensure that I help as many people as possible. Becoming an author is only one of the many mediums that I want to use to achieve my goal. Thank you for your support and I look forward to hearing your feedback.
